Q: Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but this feature will be available really soon!

If you live outside of Indonesia and would like to place an order, please feel free to drop us an email at pixies@plushbrush.co with your order details.

Q: How long does it take to receive my orders?

Your purchase will be processed on the next shipping day.

We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Please allow 2-5 working days for domestic regular delivery. Express takes 1-2 days.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

It will depend on where you live. We use JNE for local shipping which offers tracking service.

Q: How do I track my order?

Tracking number will be provided in Shipping Confirmation email. Simply go to http://www.jne.co.id/en/tracking/trace .

Q: I wrote the wrong address!

Oh no! Please inform us immediately upon knowledge. We will try our best to work with shipping company to rectify.

Please understand that wrong address may cause loss of parcel once shipment has been made. It’s regretted that Plush Brush cannot be held responsible for loss of items due to incomplete or wrong address.
