Q: How to order?

  • Click Add to Cart to buy a product.
  • Once you have added all desired items on your Cart, click on the Cart icon and Check Out.
  • Fill in your email, name, address and contact number. You can choose to save your information for faster checkout next time (email invitation to set password will be sent to your mailbox).
  • Continue and choose shipping option and payment method.
  • A confirmation page will appear.
  • Bank Transfer and internet banking are only available for Indonesian bank accounts (to BCA). You will need to make payment manually and fill in the details at "PAYMENT" tab above.

Q: I can’t place an order in the website!

No worries! Just drop us an email at pixies@plushbrush.co with the details of your order and we’ll send an invoice to you.

Details required:

  • Item Name and Quantity
  • Your name, mailing address and contact number
  • Payment method

Q: What are the payment methods available?

We accept Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card and Paypal. Currently available to domestic orders only.

For international order, please drop us an email at pixies@plushbrush.co if you can't find your country on the Checkout page.

Q: How can I make payment through Bank Transfer?

You must have an Indonesian bank account. Please transfer your payment within 24 hours to the following Bank account:

For transfer from other banks, BCA Bank Code is 014

After you have transferred, please re-visit www.plushbrush.co and choose "PAYMENT" tab at the top of the page. Fill in the form.

Once confirmed, we will send your item(s) for shipping!
